M20 (signposted Maidstone, Folkestone, Dover). Leave at junction 10, 4th exit at roundabout take onto Bad Munstereifel Road (signposted Brenzett).

Next roundabout - 2nd exit onto Bad Munstereifel Road - A2070. Branch left, at roundabout - 2nd exit onto A2070. Entering Brenzett, at roundabout - 2nd exit onto Straight Lane - A259. Continue forward onto the A259.

Entering Brookland A259, at roundabout - 2nd exit onto the A259. Over Level Crossing, continue forward onto Guldeford Road - A259.

Entering Rye, at mini-roundabout turn left onto Fishmarket Road - A259. At miniroundabout left onto Winchelsea Road - A259. Turn left onto Harbour Road (signposted Rye Harbour) then pass Tram Road and take the next right.

All grades will come with a fully fitted kitchen which has pots & pans, cutlery, crockery, a cooker, toaster, microwave and kettle. A small fridge freezer, toilet, shower room facilities with a Flat TV and heating in the lounge. If booking a Silver accommodation your check in time is 3pm, with gold grades you will receive additional heating in the bedrooms, beds made on arrival (if linen is purchased), an early check in of 2pm and a DVD player in the lounge too.


Battle Abbey - 17 Miles

On 14 October 1066 an army of invading Normans defeated the English at the Battle of Hastings in East Sussex. Now the whole family can discover the exciting story of that fateful day at the very place it happened.

Clambers Play Centre - 13 Miles

Clambewrs Play Centre is the ideal family attraction and children will love the play centre, there are plenty of play areas and will keep children entertained for hours.

Hastings Castle - 13 Miles

Hastings is famous for it’s Battle of Hastings and a visit to the town with it’s castle, old town and beaches is a must for any visitor to the area and is only 4 miles from the holiday park, the famous smugglers cave is also nearby.
