Breydon Water is actually two holiday parks in one. Separated by a short walk along a country lane, Yare Village offers a great variety of family fun and entertainment including a heated outdoor pool and a range of evening entertainment, where Bure Village provides a more sedate venue to visit the area from.
Breydon Water guests are free to use the facilities at both villages, whichever one they choose to stay in.

From Gt.Yarmouth on the A12 towards Lowestoft go straight over 2 roundabouts. Take the exit signposted Burgh Castle. At the bottom of the slip road, turn right at the lights signposted Diss and Beccles. Continue on the Beccles Road for 1.5 miles and after 100 metres turn right signposted Burgh Castle and Belton. At the mini roundabout turn right onto Stepshort. Continue along this road and Bure Village is on the right, Yare Village is on the left a further 600 metres along.

The Great Yarmouth Sea Life Centre is one of the largest in the country and also houses Britain's biggest shark - 'Nobby' the Nurse shark. It holds a vast range of sea life and includes a great underwater tunnel, the whole family will enjoy a visit to this sea life centre.
The whole family will enjoy a visit to this Karting Centre. Race each other around the 300 meter indoor circuit and see who really is the best driver!
If you are a fan of reptiles or just interested in them, then a visit to the country's largest collection of reptiles is well worth it. There is also a 13 foot alligator from Florida!
