Title: Insurance

I booked travel insurance at the same time as booking the holiday.  On receipt of the documents I realised cover was not suitable and wish to cancel and receive a refund.  I have requested cancellation and refund through the 'contact us' section on 9.50 holidays website and been given tickets 2258 and 2667.  Have not received a response yet.  I have also contacted Global Travel Insurance who say that any request for a refund should be made direct with the booking agent, i.e. Sun Holidays, and not GTI.  The request to cancel was made within 14 days of booking insurance and receiving the documents. How can I get my refund?
