Looking for some advice. Was in the process of booking a holiday, clicked to pay with my debit card and was then given the message “your booking has been deallocated” and to click start again, I have done this and the dates I was booking are no longer available & money has been taken from my account.

I have no confirmation of an email for booking, what have I been charged for ?

This has happened to me as well and I've had a conformation of payment. I don't know whether I should rebook??

I’ve also had confirmation of payment but now when I search there are no parks available for the dates I needed, hoping If it hasn’t been booked I can get a refund as no other times suit except the dates I had chosen
