Issue re price match , telephone number only going live after 28 day period


booked holiday paid £100 for upgraded , then found out upgrade wasn't an actual upgrade as indicated , now I'm stuck with caravan I was indicted to be best spec available, however this proves to be a lie as its just the basic van even tho I paid for premium +
When I then received booking confirmation found holiday £100 cheaper direct from site
Then I find price match line won't go live in the terms and conditions until after the 28 period  feel cheated and disappointed.

Try to get a quote emailed to you or a picture or a screen shot now and also have a look around the time when it opens and complain to them then. Hopefully they will price match. Also, try and see all what it included as they should refund the difference on that - here's hoping!?! If they can't compete enough including the charges (even though they are meant too!) I would even look into booing through them direct or the other operators at the parc next time, yes.

Have experienced a similar issue, tried to upgrade said I couldn't as had a pet going called me today prior to going asking if pet was going. His now staying at home so they said we will put you in a non pet accomodation I said I will have the pet charge refunded then and told I have to wait till 4 weeks after the holiday. Worst still direct on the site its £60 cheaper now
