I booked a holiday online on Saturday 2nd March. I got all the way through the booking process and made my payment. After a long delay in the page loading it said booking unsuccessful. I then received an email from Worldpay confirming receipt of payment  of £50.20. I haven't received a booking confirmation but i have been charged but may not have a holiday booking. Plz help?

Also the helpline number is useless. Been waiting since saturday and can't get through.

Managed to eventually get through to the helpline to be told and I quote "it should maybe, probably be sorted out later today or alternatively you can email and someone will get back to you". Unbelievable from the HELPLINE.
