Wrong Accomodation

Wrong Accomodation

Hi all , about a week ago , I discovered that I had been booked into a 2 bedroom dog friendly caravan , when I asked for a 3 bedroom dog friendly caravan. Im travelling with an 80 year old woman, my disabled patner and my 35 year old partners daughter. my little excursion starts on the 16th September. I rang up haven seaview in weymouth and although polite , were unhelpful , saying it was booked through the sun , and they couldn't do anything. So I rang up the sun , who were just as unhelpful , saying they just pass on the details to Haven. So I rang up Haven Seaview again , spoke to someone different , who said they could see the booking was inappropriate, but couldn't change anything as there was no 3 bedroom , dog friendly accommodation available. Im at a loss, ive offered to pay whatever to treat these 3 special ladies to a small outing. I have very little money , and feel I wont be able to go on holiday now. Any help would certainly be appreciated. Ive Paid £162 for this , which is not refundable. That's a lot of money to me. Thanks in advance. Steve Mac

As there's 4 people they have every right to offer you a 2 bedroom accommodation, in fact they could offer it to up to and including 6 people
The 35 year old daughter could sleep in the pull out double bed in the front room.
If there's no 3 bedroom pet friendly accommodation available there's little they could offer
Shame Haven don't have a special disability line who would be more understanding but the only disability allowance is for wheelchair bound holidaymakers
You could try phoning Haven to see if they could offer a 3 bedroom caravan ( with upgrade costs if needed) at a closer alternative site
