The park is a superb base for touring Cornwall. Land's End, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are within easy reach and, this being Cornwall, there are a host of theme parks and zoos to choose from. Plymouth and Truro offer you resort bright lights and plenty of pubs, restaurants and shopping, and there is no shortage of sports and fishing.
This is the home of Britain's shark fishing, and pleasure trips are always popular. The coastal path can also offer you refreshing strolls and splendid views.
