Sandaway Beach Holiday Park stands on a low cliff on the very edge of the ocean with breathtaking views.
A two minute walk takes you down to Sandaway beach, privately owned by the park, where children can play and explore the rock pools. Sandaway is a real sun trap and haven of peace and quiet. A short scramble over the rocks takes you to the secret spot, Mermaid's Cove. This is truly a place of magic and tranquility, ideal for that really quiet swim or sunbathe. Should you glimpse topless mermaids ... just look the other way!
Cots and high chairs are available for hire at £5 each per break but, if hiring a cot, please remember to bring your own cot linen and blankets.
The park does not accept bookings from all male or all female parties under the age of 25, or from mixed parties under 21.
Accommodation at Sandaway is in comfortable chalets and caravan homes.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided so please bring your own.
Combe Martin is a charming fishing village just six minutes walk away. There are shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, fishing, boat trips and a beach. The vast expanse of Exmoor National Park starts at Combe Martin. Berrynarbour, a traditional Devon village and Watermouth Castle are both just over a mile distant. The major seaside resort of Ilfracombe is 4 miles. Within an easy drive there are a choice of six lovely beaches, farm parks, museums, tourist attractions, golf, tennis, riding, fishing and water sports. In fact, something different to do each day if you wish.
We've teamed up with hundreds of local, UK attractions in the areas of our holiday parks to give our bookers bargain entry to some great attractions.
