  • Accommodation
    Standard Rooms

    These rooms have a simple interior with everything you need after a day of fun – one or two bedrooms with double twin beds, a TV, free Wi-Fi, a shower or bath, iron and ironing board and tea and coffee-making facilities but no kitchen or lounge. Check-in from 4pm.

    Standard Apartments

    A simple, modern living space with carpeted floors. Includes all the features of Standard Rooms, plus a dining area and kitchen with an oven, fridge and kettle and there's a shower over the bath. Plus, there's a separate lounge space at Skegness. Check-in from 4pm.

    Silver Apartments

    Includes everything from a Standard Apartment, but with more modern, spacious, stylish interiors and the bathroom has a shower. All Silver apartments have a separate lounge space, and a microwave in the kitchen.

    Gold and Fairground Apartments

    These apartments are spacious, bright and pleasant. Includes everything from a Silver Apartment, but there are TVs in both the lounge and master bedroom, a hairdryer and towels. Fairground Apartments are exclusive to Skegness, with pastel-coloured furniture and fun interior features such as the wobbly mirror and star lights. Check-in from 4pm. Whereas Gold Apartments have a dishwasher with an early check-in from 3pm too!

  • Directions

    By car

    Skegness is around 2 hours from Nottingham. Follow the A52 to Skegness. You can't miss it, we're just 3 miles from the town centre and well signposted. The main entrance is situated on the right on the A52 Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards Road. Just look for the brown signs to help you find your way. See who'll be the first to spot the Skyline Pavilion you can see it from up to 7 miles away from the Resort! The postcode for your Sat Nav is PE25 1NJ.

    By train

    If you're coming by train, a bus service operates between Skegness railway station and the Resort (a distance of approximately 3 miles).

    By coach

    National Express offer a regular service to our Skegness resort. If you are travelling by coach, you will arrive at the Resort's main entrance where we look forward to meeting you. Please note that only National Express coaches stop inside the main entrance.

  • Attractions

    Bordering the coast of the North Sea, you'll find our resort in the traditional seaside town of Skegness, Lincolnshire, with a beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach on our doorstep. If you fancy doing a little exploring outside of our resort, Skegness has lots to offer. Once a fishing village and small port, you'll find the Skegness Aquarium and Natureland Seal Sanctuary.

    Local Hotspots

    Hardy's Animal Farm - Little ones will love seeing how a real farm works

    Gibraltar Nature Reserve - This nature reserve is literally a breath of fresh air. There are flowers, birds and lots of space for a long walk to work up an appetite before dinner.

    Natureland Seal Sanctuary - Natureland is well known for rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned and injured seal pups that become stranded on Lincolnshire beaches.

    Lincolnshire Wildlife Park - Lincolnshire Wildlife Park is one of the UK’s largest animal sanctuaries with an amazing array of animals from Tigers to Parrots and lots in between!
