1. If travelling southbound on the M77 continue past junction 8 to merge onto the A77
2. Continue to follow the A77 over the River Ayr approaching the Holmston roundabout. Here, take the first exit for Cumnock (A70)
3. Follow this road looking for signs for Sundrum Castle Holiday Park. Turn left onto Castle Door Road and Sundrum Castle Holiday Park will be on your left hand side.
There is a bus stop one mile away where Castle Road merges with Ayr Road (A70). Here you'll find Stagecoach service numbers 42 and 42A offering return journeys to Drongan, Cumnock, Ayr and Kilwinning.
Ayr train station is the closest to park (4.6 miles) and will take around 12 minutes via car. ScotRail offers main lines to Edinburgh, Glasgow Central, Stranraer, Kilmarnock and Girvan.
The closest airport to Sundrum Castle is Glasgow Prestwick, which is just 11 miles away (20 minutes' drive time). Please see the airport website for a list of arrivals and departures.
