This well equipped parc has attractive landscaped gardens and palm trees, with the bar and restaurants housed in a beautifully restored Catalan farmhouse. The parc has 2 pool complexes plus an indoor pool and wellness centre including a Jacuzzi and sauna (payable), as well as spectacular floodlit fountains, a bar, restaurants, play areas, supermarket and a souvenir shop. Activities such as tennis, table tennis, boules and volleyball are also available. The parc has also added new mini golf and jumping pillow to enjoy too. Vilanova is also ideal for a city break, with a daily bus service to Barcelona going from directly outside the parc. A visit to Port Aventura, with its new attraction Shambala, is another must for all the family. The parc owners can also arrange transfers from the airport to the parc.

If you want to explore the Costa Brava then it's easy to hop into your car and choose from a variety of beautiful places within easy reach. Alternatively the local transport (buses and trains) are good value, frequent and easy to use, with a bus stop just outside the park.
The nearest beach is to be found at the gorgeous seaside town of approx 2 miles from the park . The golden sandy beach framed by palm trees make a picture-perfect backdrop for relaxing in the sun.
The local bus can also take you to Barcelona, the capital city of Catalonia in Spain. This fascinating city is a must to include on your holiday itinerary, and the bus tour is highly recommended to see all the sights on offer, including the many works of Gaudi, the famous architect.
If you fancy some thrills and spills head south and you will find the excellent Port Aventura - a vast theme park filled with roller coasters and family attractions.
For a more cultured break then visit Sitges with it's Picasso museum and the medieval town of Tarragona with its rich Roman history and places of architectural interest.
