New Beach Holiday Park features a range of excellent facilities to make your stay fun and enjoyable. Our state-of-the-art clubhouse brings the fun with a high-tech lighting/sound system, and a funky bar with super-size TV screens. It stages amazing entertainment and live shows throughout the holiday season, along with the latest sporting events from Sky &BT Sports.

There’s also an indoor heated swimming pool, an adventure playground, an amusement arcade, and a mini-supermarket.

New Beach is in a great Kent seaside location and boasts a huge range of exciting places to visit around the area, including a renowned wild animal park, a Watersports theme park and the historic Leeds Castle. With so much to see and do when you come to New Beach, your only regret will be that you can’t stay longer!

    All grades will come with a fully fitted kitchen with utensils, crockery, microwave and toaster, a small fridge freezer and kettle. Heating in the lounge with a Flat Screen TV, a toilet and shower room, and a check-in time of 4pm.

    If booking Comfort Extra Wide accommodation, you will receive the added benefit of multi-room heating and newer décor, fixtures and fittings.

    If booking Premier Plus accommodation, you will receive the additional benefits of double glazing and central heating throughout, a DVD player in the lounge, bed linen and beds made up for arrival.

    By Car

    Follow the M20 motorway (signposted Ashford, Channel Tunnel, Dover). Leave the M20 at junction 11 (signposted Canterbury), then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the B2068 (signposted Hastings, Hythe). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Ashford Road - A20. Continue forward onto Ashford Road. Entering Newingreen, at T-junction turn left onto Hythe Road - A261 (signposted Hythe). Continue forward onto London Road - A261. Enter Hythe and at traffic signals continue forward onto Scanlons Bridge Road - A2008. Turn right onto Dymchurch Road A259, continue on and New Beach is on the right hand side.
